My Story
After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2009 with a Bioenvironmental Science degree, I started my career as a contractor at Samsung Austin Semiconductor managing all of the hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated from site operations. This was my first introduction into operating a roll-off truck along with understanding the importance of customer service. After nearly two years as a contractor, I was hired on as a Samsung employee where I spent the next 11 years managing everything environmental for the company, including overseeing the massive waste operation for the site which generated over 15 millions pounds of waste per year.
​In 2023, I decided to move on from my career at Samsung and took a leap into entrepreneurship where myself and two partners started Forager Outdoor, an outdoor products company specializing in manufacturing and retail. As we continue to build that business, I made the decision to start a new business alongside Forager - Roll Away Rentals. Using my industry knowledge of waste management, I intend to build another business using these skills while offering a great experience for my customers in and around my hometown of Columbus, Texas.
